Flight Operations Analyst
The Flight Ops Analyst is the person who manages, updates technical pilot data, makes operational analysis and communicates the crews.

Job Purpose
The Flight Ops Analyst is the person who manage and update the technical pilot’s data in Aims, make operational analysis and communicate the crews to close the circle of analysis from a survey to inform the crews.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Monthly KPI Control for Manager and Director.
- Monthly diversion report and surveys related to.
- Monthly Return in to stand survey working with the MEL, FCOM.
- Monthly Heads/FTE control.
- Weekly Crew seniority control by bases and Pilot’s hours treatment.
- Analysis and management of department delays reported directly to Director, managers and chief pilot.
- Operational projects and surveys for Chief Pilot, chief base and Director.
- Turnaround supervisions in the airports.
- Crew Bases and Detachments management.
- Continue contact communication with pilots through different notifications.
- Collaborate with the monthly Performance Newsletter collecting tips and ideas for crews.
Education
- Aviation Management, Aviation Engineering and Business/Economics Administration Degree.
Experience
- At least 1 year in operational (airports, operations) and/or analyst departments.
Competencies
- High level of Excel being required the knowledge of Macros and formulas. (requirement)
- High level of Power Point and Word.
- Knowledge of Aims. (requirement)
- Tableau knowledge will be taken in account.
- C/C++ or C# coding is valuable.
