 Job Purpose

The job holder will support audit planning, perform Compliance audits on contracted providers of ground handling & cargo, perform audit tracking, administration and follow-up of all actions plans presented.
 

Main Accountabilities

• Is accountable for the execution of the Ground Operations Audit and inspections plan presented to AESA in a yearly basis.
• Is accountable to perform AD-HOC risk-based audits and inspections.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Perform audits of contracted Ground Handling & Cargo providers, including audit reporting and follow-up.
• Manage the Ground Operations audits and compliance monitoring inspections in
• Close cooperation with Ground Operations department.
• Assist to regular meetings with Ground Operations and tracking of Compliance Performance Indicators.
• Reports all findings to monthly and quarterly meeting with Accountable Manager and rest of Nominated Persons.
• Contribute to compliance bulletins issued in intranet.
• Contribute to development of Compliance Monitoring Program.

Education

• Completed aviation-related college or university degree

Experience 

• Experience in airport activities, ground handling of 3 years
• Ideally experience in compliance monitoring (inspections, auditing) of 1 year
• Knowledge of aviation regulations (ICAO / EASA / FAA etc.)

Competencies 

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in team and independently

Languages 

• English: C1
• Spanish: C2

Other 

• At least 50% of the time out of office for duty travel
• EASA Compliance Monitoring System training
• ISO9001:2015 knowledge
