 Job Purpose

The Airport Duty Manager will be in charge of managing daily operations with special emphasis on customer service.

Main Accountabilities

• Will be responsible for supervising the operation of the handling.
• Will be responsible for carrying out audits and monitoring, will report on deviations in the service provided by the different providers.
• Will be the focal point between Vueling and the various suppliers of the organization.
• Will carry out the task of anticipating critical situations or problems, establishing controls and coordination mechanisms with different stakeholders and the company.

• It will guarantee that the standards established with each provider are met.
