Responsible for the Customer Journey operational supervision in real time, following the established procedures, in order to ensure the delivery of a great experience to our customer.

You will be responsible for the Customer Journey operational supervision in real time, following the established procedures in the department, in order to ensure the delivery of a great experience to our customers.
Managing the Customer Journey from the iOCC, the Customer Response Agent role oversees:
Manage passenger assistance in case of disruptions in the customer journey
Prevent missed connections or overbookings support
Send communications to customers and airports
Manage daily request from authorities or airports.
Their main relationships will be with the Customer Response Team Leader, Customer Care and Ground Operations.
Degree in aeronautical management is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of experience working at the airport as a ground handling agent, a travel agent or in customer service.
Navitaire system (Skyspeed, GONOW, Skyport) or other bookings systems knowledge.
Booking’s system understanding and capacitation.
Dynamic person who can work under pressure and under fluctuant working rhythm.
Ability to adapt to new requirements in short time.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Empathetic, patient, and supportive skills.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
English: B2 or higher
Work in shifts from Monday to Sunday (H24)
