We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing and Analytics team. As a part of our marketing performance team, you will be responsible for create best-in-class marketing campaigns for all Vueling markets, helping to drive sales, engagement, and new customer acquisition. You will be responsible for optimizing marketing investment across direct channels, including Paid Search, Display and Paid Social, and will leverage performance data and testing to develop recommendations and best practises.
Assists in the setup and management of performance marketing campaigns across paid search, display and paid social channels including execution and optimization.
Measure and optimize ad spend (ROAS) across a wide range of performance media, including Google Ads, retargeting, paid social placements, Google Display ads, and others.
Leverage data analytics to make actionable changes, drive channel experimentation and aggressively accelerate performance.
Manage target audience creation, constantly reviewing for optimization.
Develop and implement a strategy for measurement, including attribution and experimentation, to establish incrementally.
Improve our attribution modelling across app and web and understand the nuances of different Ad Manager tools.
Responsible for turning data into actionable insights using analytics tools. Toolset currently includes GA360, DV360, CM360, SA360 and CRM data.
Addressing and escalating campaign performance issues.
Input to necessary performance meetings and action outputs to drive business performance, creating high quality presentation content as required.
University Degree (B.A in Economics, Business Administration) or B.Sc. Engineering.
Experience managing large multi-channel Marketing budgets and maximizing return on ad spend.
Proven PPC and budget management experience in large end-clients or agencies.
Deep understanding of the mechanics behind successful Digital Marketing campaigns and the technical infrastructure required to extract the most value from each Digital Marketing channel.
High user level of Google Marketing Platform tools (specially Google Analytics and Campaign Manager) and BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI etc.).
Advanced working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Editor is a must.
Proven experience working with previous bidding tools, preferably Search Ads.
Highly analytical and strong metrics-driven decisioning skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact and build a rapport with all people in the business.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize their activities.
Self-motivated and capable of seeking additional opportunities.
