Job Purpose
Implement, analyze the effectives and propose improvements of compensation & benefits processes and measures in accordance to the Company C&B Policies, in order to ensure the internal equity and external competitiveness.
Main Accountabilities
- Accountable for ensuring that the process is clear, lean, and objective, with the ultimate goal of ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
- Accountable for ensuring the recognition of employee contribution
- accountable for ensuring that the process is clear, lean and objective, with the ultimate goal of offering optimization possibilities for total rewards.
- Accountable for ensuring a clear and solid foundations for organization & compensation processes
- Accountable for identifying trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees through their compensation
- Accountable for guaranteeing that all employees know how and why they are paid.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Implement, analyze the effectives, and propose improvements, of the salary review process, the flexible compensation and benefits and the annual bonus process.
- Build and control headcount budget for Vueling staff
- Drafting organizational charts, other organizational entities (area, department, CeCos...), job descriptions and make job evaluations to establish individual conditions for each position (salary band, category, expertise, etc.)
- Preparing and analyzing compensation and benefits benchmarking data
- Prepare and deploy all the communication materials related to compensation & benefits (handbook, procedures, and presentations)
- Any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job
Main Relationships
HRBP’s. Internal customers (all employees) IT department & External providers.
Education
Degree in Human Resources (Labor relations or similar).
Experience
Between 2-5 years in Human Resources in similar positions.

Languages
- Bilingual Spanish – English.
