 Job Purpose

Lead the talent acquisition function helping the organization hire the right talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices and positioning Vueling as a strong employer brand.

Main Accountabilities

• Create and maintain an internal and external talent map for current and future business needs building and strong and sustainable relationship with key stakeholders in the airline industry to ensure a clear inbound recruitment strategy (Universities, students associations and so on).
• Conceptualize and implement Talent Acquisition projects, ensuring an outstanding delivery.
• Supervise recruitment providers, ensuring the new joiners fit with Vueling Culture, values and skills.
• Supervise talent acquisition process (e.g. recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, internship program and so on) focus on structure, compliance and delivery on time.
• Supervise and ensure the adequate reporting of activities to support business decisions.
• Ensure the best practices for selection and evaluation (e.g promotion of internal movements, diversity and inclusion and technical/competences assessments)

Education

• Bachelor degree
• Master degree related is highly appreciable

Experience 

• 5-6 years of experience in recruitment for technical (Business) profiles.
• Experience in employer branding is highly appreciated
• Experience in a similar management role is highly appreciated
• Previous experience in negotiation or supervision with suppliers of goods and services
• User level of Project Management and other technological tools ( ATS, reporting and others).
