 Job Purpose
 LEVEL is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial manager in the field of eCommerce and Ancillaries who can head and develop our digital sales. This position is a crucial role within the Commercial Department, with the responsibility to maximise revenue generation and transactions through flylevel.com and to maximise Ancillary Revenue per Seat across all the channels.
As Head of eCommerce and Ancillaries you will be responsible for defining the technological environment to maximize flylevel.com capabilities by developing both internal and 3rd party solutions.
The Head of eCommerce and Ancillaries leads a team of Ancillaries experts, CRO specialist, Product development, Design, User Research and works closely with the Marketing, Customer and Revenue Management team to develop flylevel.com as a key sales, service, and customer support platform for the airline.
Working for LEVEL from Barcelona offices, the Head of eCommerce and Ancillaries will interact with its counterparts in the rest of operating companies of IAG, looking for exchanging best practices and looking for synergies.
We are looking for someone with a hands-on attitude with vision, ambition, and a lot of passion. You will be managing one intern and an external design and development team.
