 Job Purpose

 Provide support in the elaboration of budgets and accounting closing regarding the financial risk of the company.
Projecting future scenarios and supervising MTM operations, looking at forecasts and
benchmarking with peer competitors and the market environment with the ultimate goal of
anticipating the future and building present derivates liquidation, according to a scenario and
premises proposed by IAG wih an analytical view.

Main Accountabilities

Monitoring and analyze Vueling’s derivates liquidity and financial risk exposure
• Projecting hedging accounts and validate real scenarios.
• Supervising GBS treasury team
• Identifying and analysing key factors from macroeconomic and competitors evolution

• Projecting derivates and financial result as well as other financial kpis
• Financial analysis of industry benchmark.
• Identifying and analysing key factors from macroeconomic and competitors evolution.
• Support analytic for financial risk projects

Main Relationships

Finance Department
• GBS

Education

Bachelor's degree in ADE or Economics.
• Master's Degree preferred

Experience 

3-5 years of experience in finance departments.

Competencies 

Passionate to work in Vueling.
• Proactive and ability to adapt to different tasks.
• Strong data analytical skills.
• Strong financial modelling capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Accounting knowledge of Financial Risk and hedging position.
