 Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of the Transformation Control & Results Analyst is to provide Project support and assist in the successful delivery of the Projects portfolio by coordinating the specific activities required ensuring all the stakeholders are conveniently updated, and action is taken where risk are identified.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

Financial Management / Integration with Finance department:

• Key liaison and primary point of contact on all financial matters related to VY Transform.
• Collection of financial information to update the project's financial records, project plans.
• KPI and financial results projections and tracking.

Oversight of CEO & Steering Group calendars:

• Organization of meetings.
• Tracks & reviews progress, and refines process.
• Understands and identifies initiative interdependencies to support decision making.

Reporting to key stakeholder groups:

• Provides appropriate stakeholders with the up-to-date financial position and forecasts.
• Understands and reports on budgets, results performance and other financial data related to Vueling Transform.
• Consolidates and synthesizes the data to provide summary reports for stakeholders.
• Develops and executes compelling story telling to share most relevant information and action points.
• Ability synthesise and to distil complex information into relevant insights based on audience, with ability to communicate information concisely as needed.

Value and Results Tracking:

• Coordinates data collection from all members of the Transformation Office.
• Supports the analysis of risks and maintains the Risk Log, as well as the Transformation change management process.
• Responsible for the results tracking of VY Transform, so we understand our progress and achieve our full potential.
• Ensure, with the business lead and business partner that benefits and KPIs of initiatives and work streams understood, and measured in a consistent way.
• Accountable for a consistent baseline reporting of Vueling transform to enable accurate measurement of benefits and outcomes after launch.
• Monitor dependencies between projects and impact at Programme Level.

PMO tool Product owner:

• Sets up and maintains a tool for all Project / Program documentation (Shibumi).
• Co-ordinates and prioritise the backlog for the tool, so that we are making the most of our investment and that we are continually improving.
• Run regular training and best practice sessions to ensure adoption and upskill of other areas Super Users so they are also self sufficient.

Main Relationships

• All key stakeholders across Vueling and IAG: Transformation Business Partners, Project Sponsors (MC members), Business Leads and other Leadership within Vueling and IAG.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance or Accounting or a Data Science.

Experience 

• Minimum of 5 years in similar position.
• Previous experience in PMO, Transformation or multi-functional experience.
• Skilled at Data visualisation and presentation using digital tools.
• Experience in the airline industry a plus.

Competencies

• Strong analytical skills.

Languages 

• English: C1.
• Spanish fluency a plus.
