Airport Duty Manager Orly

Job Purpose
Will be in charge of managing daily operations with special emphasis on customer service.
Main Accountabilities
- Will be responsible for supervising the operation of the handling.
- Will be responsible for carrying out audits and monitoring, will report on deviations in the service provided by the different providers.
- It will be the focal point between Vueling and the various suppliers of the organization.
- It will carry out the task of anticipating critical situations or problems, establishing controls and coordination mechanisms with different stakeholders and the company.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Coordinate airport management.
- work to meet the objectives of each area, optimizing resources and improving processes.
- It will guarantee that the standards established with each provider are met.

Experience
- Airport or airline experience
- Experience in costumer service
Competencies
- Resolving capacity
- Work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Flexibility

Languages
- Fluency in French and English.
- Spanish will be a plus.
