Customer Response Agent (Temporary)
You will be responsible for the Customer Journey operational supervision in real time, following the established procedures in the department.

Job Purpose
You will be responsible for the Customer Journey operational supervision in real time, following the established procedures in the department, in order to ensure the delivery of a great experience to our customers.
Main Accountabilities
You will be responsible for the Customer Journey operational supervision in real time, following the established procedures in the department, in order to ensure the delivery of a great experience to our customers.
Main Relationships
- Their main relationships will be with the iOCC, Customer Care and Ground Operations.
Education
- Minimum education required: high school diploma.
- Preferably Degree in aeronautical management.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience working at the airport as a ground handling agent, a travel agent or in customer service.
Competencies
- Dynamic person who can work under pressure and under fluctuant working rhythm.
- Ability to adapt to new requirements in short time.
- Quick decision making.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Empathetic, patient, and supportive skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Teamwork skills.
Languages
- English: B2 or higher
- Spanish: C1

- Work in shifts from Monday to Sunday (H24)
