Job Purpose
Develop sales with top trade partners in a defined scope, identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue. The sales coordinator is a key role in supporting the Commercial strategy driving sales to enriched content and lower costs channels.
Main Accountabilities
- Increasing revenue and generating incremental sales through innovative initiatives.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Manage a portfolio of trade partners within a defined area.
- Analyze sales performance data and implement corrective or growth actions to boost revenue.
- Negotiate and oversee allotment contracts with tour operators (TTOO).
- Provide RMP and Network teams with market trend data and partner feedback.
- Encourage partners to adopt low-cost channels and highlight the benefits of online channels.
- Ensure smooth collaboration with Sales Support, Channels, Distribution, Network, Marketing, and Customer Services teams.
- Promote Vueling products to travel agencies and provide them with necessary sales materials.

Education
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Sales, Tourism or related fields.
Experience
- +2 years of experience as a key account manager (airlines or agency)
- Familiarity with digital tools and online sales channels in the travel sector.
- Understanding of airline selling processes.
Competencies

- Teamwork and ability to work autonomously
- Strong negotiation skills
- Communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Languages
- Spanish and English C1
- Italian, French or German is a plus
Other
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - required
- Tableau - desired
