Job Purpose
Monitor consumption, reliability, and supplier data, control overstock and surplus, update and maintain commercial data in AMOS, and program, execute, and analyze SQL reports, focusing on the warehouse stock management and internal data analysis within the company, in accordance with targeted availability figures and internal KPIs, acting as a focal point for the other specialists and providing them training and mentorship, with the aim of optimizing stock values and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
Main Responsibilities
Set up the Stocking Policy of the Department.
Manage the reordering parameters across the Maintenance Information Systems.
Develop and update strategic KPIs, SQL queries, and information dashboards.
Analyze consumption reports and component reliability.
Identify trends and inefficiencies.
Optimize pool scopes and non-pool inventory levels.
Manage and report on the department’s financial performance.
Manage and improve supplier and commercial data, including price books and order data.
Act as a focal point for internal stakeholders on inventory planning and data analysis.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization.
Manage the AMOS database and customize complex reports without IT intervention.
Drive complex maintenance processes and the AMOS–IT interface in coordination with Operations teams.
Lead the development of innovation and related IT programs.
Oversee initial and continuous training of other Analysts, providing mentoring.
Act as the primary liaison with Finance and Operations departments.
Lead workshops to benchmark best practices among Analysts and present in forums within Vueling and at external conferences.
Main Accountabilities
Ensure effective stock control and maintain adequate fill rates, thereby supporting efficient aircraft operations.
Achieve optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
Ensure comprehensive monitoring and control of Supply Chain performance.
Develop Direct Maintenance Costs analysis and cost visibility.
Enable cost-effective maintenance strategies.
Balance inventory costs with availability, ensuring operational efficiency.
Provide accurate financial insights, facilitating informed decision-making and budget management.
Enhance supplier relationships and streamline procurement processes.
Enable informed inventory decisions and support strategic operational planning.
Drive ongoing enhancements in processes and operations, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Ensure efficient database management and independent report customization, improving data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Facilitate seamless integration between maintenance, AMOS, and IT, resulting in streamlined operations.
Spearhead the implementation of innovative IT solutions, supporting continuous technological advancement.
Ensure Analysts are fully trained and mentored, enhancing team competence and performance.
Expected Outcome: Foster effective collaboration and communication between Finance, Operations, and the Supply Chain team, improving overall organizational synergy

Education
University degree or equivalent higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration or Economics.
Good knowledge of programming languages (preferably SQL and Python) and Business Intelligence tools (preferably Tableau)
Knowledge of corporate and aviation ERP systems (SAP and AMOS are a plus)
Knowledge of basic aircraft maintenance concepts
Experience
Minimum 4-year experience in Business Intelligence in a corporate environment, preferably in Supply Chain.
Minimum of two years of strong and successful track record on the position within the Department
