Objectif du poste
Piloter et coordonner la mise en œuvre de la politique RH en France, en cohérence avec la stratégie de l’entreprise, accompagner les managers sur l’ensemble des enjeux RH et garantir la qualité du dialogue social.
Principales Missions
Superviser et garantir le bon fonctionnement de la paie (externalisée) et de l’administration du personnel au niveau local.
Assurer l’interface avec les autorités locales (IT, Médecine du travail, CPAM) afin de garantir la conformité réglementaire et résoudre les problématiques liées au droit du travail.
Planifier, organiser, conseiller et piloter les relations sociales en tant qu’interlocuteur privilégié des partenaires sociaux (élus du CSE/délégués syndicaux)
Organiser, préparer et présider les réunions CSE – assurer un suivi des actions à mettre en oeuvre
Conseiller les managers et les équipes sur des problématiques diverses de droit du travail/RH et être l’interlocuteurs de nos avocats
Superviser les procédures disciplinaires
Être garant du respect des procédures en matière de relations individuelles et collectives de travail, comprenant les négociations, transactions, contentieux, en lien avec nos avocats et les équipes RH internes
Agir en tant que Business Partner RH sur son périmètre national
Coordonner les processus de recrutement afin de veiller à une juste sélection de profils adaptés.
Veiller à la bonne mise en oeuvre de tous les processus RH : mobilité interne, promotion, formation et développement RH, rémunération et avantages...
Accompagner et conseiller les managers sur l’ensemble de leurs problématiques RH, en veillant au respect des politiques et de la stratégie de l’entreprise.
Être le représentant et le point de contact en France, pour tous les sujets RH des collaborateurs, en coordination avec les managers, les autorités compétentes et administrations

L'ensemble du département RH : relations sociales, gestion des talents, rémunération et avantages.
Administration du personnel et paie
Direction des opérations siège pour le personnel navigant technique et commercial (pilotes et hotesses/stewarts)
Délégués syndicaux
Autorités locales : Inspection du travail, médecines du travail, CPAM
Formation
Licence ou Bachelor idéalement en droit du travail et/ou relations sociales – requis
Master (idéalement en RH ou relations sociales) – souhaité
Expérience internationale (échange universitaire) – souhaitée
Experience
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en RH généraliste ou HR Business Partner – requis
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en relations sociales / gestion syndicale (idéalement dans l’aérien) – requis
