Mission

Support the planning, maintenance, and optimization of the airline flight schedule, ensuring operational feasibility, commercial alignment, and accurate distribution across sales and operational systems. The role contributes to delivering a reliable schedule while supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of flight schedules across the network.

• Monitor schedule performance and support the implementation of changes based on operational, commercial, or regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate schedule updates with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Commercial, Revenue Management, Airport Services, and Customer Experience teams.

• Ensure timely and accurate loading of flight schedules into reservation, distribution, and operational systems.

• Support the management of schedule changes and contribute to passenger protection and re-accommodation processes when required.

• Collaborate with partner airlines on codeshare and interline schedule coordination.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support business decisions.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process automation, data analysis, and system enhancements.

• Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with company standards and aviation regulations.

Academic Background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Aviation Management, or a related field.

• Additional studies or certifications in aviation, data analytics, or operations management are considered a plus.

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of professional experience in an analytical, operational, planning, or data-oriented role.

• Previous experience within the aviation, transportation, travel, or logistics industries is desirable but not mandatory.

• Experience working with reporting tools, databases, or process improvement initiatives will be valued.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work with large datasets and transform information into actionable insights.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Interest in airline operations, network planning, and aviation industry dynamics

• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical tools is a plus.

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
