Mission

As a Crew Control Agent, you will be part of the Operations Control Centre, reporting to the Head of Crew Operations. Your mission will be to manage Pilot and Cabin Crew resources on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a safe, punctual and reliable operation.

You will anticipate and resolve crew-related operational disruptions while ensuring that every decision complies with applicable regulations, the Operations Manual, crew agreements and internal procedures.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage Pilot and Cabin Crew resources efficiently and cost-effectively to ensure appropriate coverage of the daily flight operation.

• Resolve operational disruptions, including crew sickness, last-minute staffing requirements, flight changes and aircraft rerouting.

• Ensure that all crew assignments and operational decisions comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, the Operations Manual, crew agreements and roster policies.

• Analyse operational incidents and identify agile, practical and compliant solutions.

• Prioritise safety and punctuality in all crew-related and operational decisions.

• Coordinate with Pilots, Cabin Crew, other operational departments and internal stakeholders to ensure operational continuity.

• Maintain accurate information and records in the department’s operational systems.

Academic Background

• University degree or Higher Vocational Training in Aviation Management, Airport Management, Transport, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration or a related field.

• Aviation-related studies or training will be highly valued.

Experience

• Around 1-2 years of previous experience in Crew Control, Crew Planning, an Operations Control Centre, airline operations or airport operations will be highly valued.

• Experience in airport flight coordination or another fast-paced operational environment will be considered an advantage.

• Knowledge of crew management, crew optimisation, crew travel or scheduling processes will be valued.

• Familiarity with aviation regulations, crew agreements, roster policies or airline operational procedures will be an advantage.

• Availability for an immediate or short-term start is required.
