Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative & Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and leads.
This role requires a blend of creative thinking, project management skills and a deep understanding of marketing channels and platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Lead & coordinate Vueling’s creative team (designers, accounts, media specialists, copy writers…) plus, external agencies (advertising & media).
- Co-develop and execute the global marketing plan for all markets and channels based on input from the markets, stakeholders, and the marketing areas
- Coordinate the execution of brand and corporate campaigns involving multiple departments: partnerships & activations, social media, communications, PA, Sustainability…
- Brainstorm and create compelling creative concepts and content aligned with the brand messages and target audience.
- Lead creatives agencies and be responsible for all the content produced and delivered across all channels and markets (considering ATL, BTL, promotions, digital assets…).
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, focused and within budget.
- Drive and follow the implementation of 360 marketing strategies that meets business objectives, drives new leads & improve the brand health.
- Work closely with Brand Strategy team to analyze campaign performance data to optimize future campaigns.
- Align media and content strategies with the overall communication and brand strategy.
- Identify the most suitable channels and platforms for each campaign together with the media specialist and media agencies.
- Create the design content hub inside Vueling as a creative, design and production unit for the whole company with the help of the Creative Lead. Focus on process and cost optimization while maximizing ROI return, via innovative tools like IA.
- Ensure a great storytelling through the campaign, calendar and actions.
- Direct photography and video sessions and collaborate on their retouching,
- Work closely together with other stakeholders (CRM, Sales, Commercial Strategy, Communications, Public Affairs, Customer, etc) to maximize consistency and alignment in messaging towards customers.
- Create assets for internal and external activations and promotions. Work with Revenue Management to identify marketing opportunities to support revenue and load factors targets.
- Define key brand and campaign KPIs, evaluating their impact and engagement.
- Make strategic branding decisions based on analysis of results and industry trends.

- Represent Vueling's brand consistently and positively across all campaigns launched.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in creative and campaign management.
- Represent a perfect merge between being creative and highly organized and ROI focused.

- Driven by adaptability and innovation. Ability to stay ahead of marketing campaign trends, adapt to new tools and implement creative strategies to keep Vueling at the forefront of digital engagement in the airlines space/ category.
- Results-Oriented. A proactive, data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize strategies based on insight to drive engagement, growth and cost optimization.
Requeriments
- Bachelor’s degree in PR & Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Brand Marketing, Marketing Management, MBA or related areas.
- +10 years’ experience in brand management, developing successful campaigns & strategies for relevant brands.
- Experience in Brand or Advertising agencies will be mostly appreciated it.
- Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams and collaborating with external agencies.
- Ability to coordinate international projects, with cultural sensitivity and adaptability to different markets.
- Experience in planning and executing multichannel campaigns.
- Strong data analysis and metrics skills, using insights to optimize performance and guide strategic decisions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present the marketing actions and report results effectively within the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of campaign trends and best practices, including account management on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Creativity and strategic thinking, with a focus on content planning aligned with the brand identity.
- Collaborative mindset and results-oriented attitude, with a willingness to actively engage in team projects.
- Proficient in English.
