Mission

Manage and coordinate all crew travel arrangements, including hotels, transportation and positioning requirements, ensuring operational continuity, cost efficiency and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. The role combines operational execution with data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Crew Travel processes.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel bookings, transfers and crew positioning requirements, ensuring operational continuity and crew compliance.

• Manage last-minute operational changes, disruptions and travel incidents, providing effective solutions in real time.

• Deliver telephone support to flight and cabin crew regarding travel-related issues.

• Review and validate supplier invoices, ensuring service accuracy and cost control.

• Monitor travel and accommodation costs, identifying optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements.

• Analyze operational data and generate insights to support decision-making and process enhancements.

• Investigate travel-related incidents and implement corrective actions when required.

• Collaborate with Crew Control, Scheduling, Finance, Procurement and external suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives within Crew Travel.

Academic Background

• Vocational Training (Grado Medio or Grado Superior) in Administration & Finance, Logistics & Transport, Tourism, Hospitality Management or related disciplines.

• Additional education related to airline operations, business administration, logistics or travel management will be considered a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in airline operations, crew travel, logistics, travel management, operational planning or similar coordination roles.

• Experience working in fast-paced operational environments with changing priorities.

• Experience managing logistics, travel arrangements or operational services involving multiple stakeholders.

• Previous exposure to aviation operations, crew-related functions or operational control environments will be highly valued.

• Experience analyzing operational or financial data and identifying efficiency opportunities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

Skills

• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost control and operational efficiency.

• Ability to make autonomous decisions in fast-paced operational environments.

• Fluent Spanish and English (minimum C1 level).

• Knowledge of crew travel systems, roster management and airline operational regulations is a plus.
