Job Purpose
Support and execute the digital product strategy for traffic acquisition and booking flows within direct digital channels, in alignment with business objectives, product vision and stakeholder inputs, in order to enhance customer experience, maximise revenue, and ensure seamless coordination across teams.
Main Accountabilities
Ensure product initiatives align with business goals and are effectively executed under the direction of the Channel Manager.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives that maximise value for users and the business.
Ensure timely delivery of high-impact initiatives based on customer and business value.
Ensure that development cycles are coordinated, efficient, and aligned with the agreed objectives.
Uncover actionable insights that inform product iterations and enhance usability.
Support the development of effective interfaces that improve user engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure product features remain relevant and aligned with evolving user expectations
Guarantee accurate and feasible implementation by development teams.
Contribute to the successful execution of releases in accordance with the roadmap.
Maintain continuous progress and quality during the product lifecycle.
Identify optimisation opportunities, risks and improvement areas across booking funnels.
Inform prioritisation and guide the enhancement of user experiences.
Align initiatives across functions and maintain coherence in objectives and delivery.
Foster transparency, alignment and shared understanding across teams.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
Support the definition and communication of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Collaborate with Product and Business teams to define key features, functionality and positioning of the product.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product roadmap and assist in the prioritisation of features and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product priorities and manage delivery timelines.
Facilitate user research, collect feedback and analyse data to identify user needs and pain points.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to contribute to the creation of intuitive and user-centric digital experiences.
Refine and iterate product requirements based on user feedback and market trends.
Support the translation of product requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with Tech Leads and Product Owners.
Coordinate and support prioritisation of development efforts, ensuring on-time and high-quality product delivery.
Conduct regular product reviews, provide feedback, and support resolution of development challenges.
Analyse channel performance KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, engagement, and revenue.
Gather customer feedback and insights for product development.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including executives, sales, marketing, and customer support.
Communicate product updates, progress and milestones to stakeholders at various levels.
Main Relationships
Channel Manager, Traffic Acquisition and Booking: to align on priorities, vision and execution plans.
Commercial Stakeholders (Ancillaries, Product Teams, Payments, Traffic Acquisition): to coordinate initiatives, gather input and deliver aligned outcomes.
Vueling Tech (Product Owners and Developers): to implement roadmap items, resolve technical requirements and ensure quality delivery.
A/B Testing Providers: to conduct experimentation and optimise user experience based on performance outcomes.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of overall experience in digital product development, data product management, software development, or related product lifecycle roles.
